Upon final day of immobilization and all requirements during the immobilization service has been followed, a Certificate of Completion will be given to justify court order sanction.  Payment confirms Vehicle Immobilization in accordance with Florida Statute 316.193 (6) (a) (b) (c) and as part of the condition of probation.  State Required information plus the Case Number will be shown on the Certificate of Completion. Information from the State Required document assumes all financial / personal responsibility associated with the immobilization during its probation period.  The Vehicle information provided on form SHALL NOT MOVE during the required probation period. E3i may spot check vehicle during the immobilization probation but will never trespass, approach anyone on property.  If anything in question, we will contact the name/phone number listed on file only.   The invoice verifies my vehicle is being immobilized for a period of (10) days in accordance with Florida Statute 316.193 (6) (a) (b) (c) and as part of my condition of probation. The Certificate of Completion  ordered by the Court to impound/immobilize the vehicle listed in this case, for a term of (10) days will be included.  The defendant has selected E3i, LLC to comply with the order of immobilization. The defendant assumes all financial / personal responsibility associated with the immobilization. During the term of immobilization, the defendant SHALL NOT move nor use the vehicle in question. During the term of immobilization, the defendant's Probation Officer may make a field visit to inspect the location of vehicle.  Upon final day of immobilization term and all requirements during the immobilization service has been followed, a Certificate of Completion will be given to the defendant to justify court order sanction.
